1. نطاق هذه التعليمات
توضح هذه الصفحة كيفية طلب حذف البيانات الشخصية التي تتحكم بها دار الحلول الرقمية ش ش و عند تواصلك معنا عبر موقع dds.om أو البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف أو WhatsApp Business. لا ينشئ الموقع حسابات مستخدمين عامة.
2. البيانات التي يمكن أن يشملها الطلب
- بيانات ورسائل نموذج التواصل، مثل الاسم والبريد والهاتف والخدمة المطلوبة ومحتوى الرسالة.
- نسخ محادثات واتساب وسجلات خدمة العملاء التي تحتفظ بها الشركة.
- السجلات التقنية المرتبطة بطلبك، متى أمكن ربطها بك ولم يعد الاحتفاظ بها مطلوباً للأمان أو القانون.
3. كيفية تقديم طلب الحذف
أرسل رسالة إلى info@dds.om بعنوان «طلب حذف البيانات»، واذكر اسمك ووسيلة التواصل المرتبطة بالبيانات والقناة والتاريخ التقريبي للتواصل. لا ترسل بطاقة هوية أو جواز سفر أو أي مستند حساس.
4. التحقق من الطلب
قد نطلب تأكيد الطلب من البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم واتساب المرتبط بالبيانات. لن نطلب إلا الحد الأدنى اللازم للتحقق من أن مقدم الطلب هو صاحب البيانات أو ممثله المخوّل.
5. المدة والنتيجة
الطلب مجاني، ونبت فيه خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 45 يوماً من استلامه. يمكنك طلب وقف معالجة البيانات إلى حين البت. إذا تعذر تنفيذ الطلب كلياً أو جزئياً بسبب التزام قانوني أو طلب متكرر بلا مبرر أو جهد غير عادي، سنوضح السبب ضمن المدة نفسها. نرسل تأكيداً بعد إكمال الحذف.
6. بيانات واتساب وMeta
تحذف الشركة النسخ والسجلات التي تتحكم بها. أما البيانات التي تحتفظ بها Meta Platforms أو WhatsApp بصفتها مزوّد المنصة فتخضع لسياساتها وأنظمتها، وقد يلزم استخدام أدوات الخصوصية التابعة لها مباشرة.

1. Scope
This page explains how to request deletion of personal data controlled by Daar Digital Solutions SPC when you contact us through dds.om, email, phone or the WhatsApp Business Platform. The Website does not create public end-user accounts.
2. Data covered by a request
- Contact-form details and messages, including name, email, phone, requested service and message content.
- Copies of WhatsApp conversations and customer-support records held by the Company.
- Technical records linked to your request where they can be associated with you and are no longer required for security or legal compliance.
3. How to submit a deletion request
Email info@dds.om with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Include your name, the contact detail associated with the data, the communication channel and the approximate date of contact. Do not send an identity card, passport or other sensitive document.
4. Verification
We may confirm the request through the email address or WhatsApp number associated with the data. We request only the minimum information needed to verify the data subject or an authorised representative.
5. Timeline and outcome
Requests are free of charge and decided within no more than 45 days after receipt. You may ask us to stop processing the data while the request is pending. If a legal obligation, an unjustifiably repeated request or extraordinary effort prevents full or partial deletion, we explain the reason within the same period. We confirm when deletion is complete.
6. WhatsApp and Meta data
The Company deletes the copies and records it controls. Data retained independently by Meta Platforms or WhatsApp as the platform provider is governed by their own policies and systems and may need to be managed through their privacy tools.
